Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we may offer a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price if the reason is valid and verified by our team.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@myembroom.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or evidence if applicable

Each request is reviewed individually. Refund approval and refund amount (up to 100%) are determined based on the situation.


Damages, Loss, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, lost during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a partial or full refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused in cases such as:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or improper handling of the product


Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
